This É-Guide is a public resource that can be shared with anyone who has business, requests, or Écoliers (students) at École.

Whether by email, phone, or visiting in-person, our main office, Le Bureau, is your first and last point of contact with École.

We welcome all inquiries using your preferred method of contact.
Email is preferred and required in some cases and most requests. All requests to speak or meet with principal(s) must be made by email and scheduled in advance.

Daily Schedule
Use the following timetable for a typical day at École.
Each milestone highlights important phase(s) of the day, emphasizing parental deadlines and provides links to related É-Guides to learn more. Deadlines are strictly enforced for operations and student safety—exceptions are not made.

7:00 AM | Lion Care hours 7-8 AM • Learn More |
7:45 AM | Car line may begin forming streetside along Napoléon Avenue in preparation for morning drop-off • All bus passengers arriving on campus report first to Lion Care or follow staff instructions |
8:00 AM | Morning Drop-Off starts • Lion Care ends • Breakfast starts • Le Bureau Opens • Cars parked streetside file into the drop-off loop • All Écoliers report to class |
8:25 AM | Morning Drop-off ends • Breakfast ends • Staff members report to posts • campus gates are locked and secured • All Écoliers should be in homeroom or returning to homeroom in preparation for the school day |
8:30 AM | Tardy bell rings • Attendance is recorded: Any Écolier not physically present in their homeroom is marked absent by their homeroom teacher |
9:00 AM | Le Bureau opens to all visitors |
11:30 AM | Lunch starts and is served by grade until 12:30 PM • Learn More |
12:30 PM | Lunch ends • Le Bureau closes for staff's lunch |
1:00 PM | Le Bureau re-opens and remains open to all visitors until 3:00 PM • All last-minute transportation changes are processed and confirmed until 3:00 PM • All late check-out requests are processed and confirmed until 3:00 PM |
3:00 PM | Transportation Deadline • Le Bureau closes • Public parking closes • All parents and visitors without pre-approved business may email for follow-up within 1 school day • Le Bureau staff prepare for dismissal |
3:30 PM | Car line may begin forming streetside along Napoléon Avenue in preparation for afternoon dismissal. |
3:45 PM | Dismissal starts • Pick-Up starts • Buses arrive • All Écoliers who are passengers report to bus queues for departure • Car passengers wait in their classrooms until called to the car queue • Lion Care students standby in their classrooms |
4:05 PM | Dismissal ends • École closes • Lion Care begins • All Écoliers still present on campus report to Lion Care • All pick-ups must be done in person by reporting to Lion Care staff • Learn More |
